Newer Buses Introduced on Routes 262/473.

The End has come, The Tridents which have been operating on Routes 262/473 are coming to an end, they are to be replaced by 20-odd Scaina Omncitys displaced from Route 96. The Routes have a together PVR  of 22 (12 for the 262, 10 for the 473) Both Routes Start from Stratford Bus Station run via Plaistow Station and then by the Greengate (Plaistow), and continue to run up to Newham Leisure Centre, where both routes slipts, Route 262 turns left and continues to East Beckton Sainsbury's Via Beckton School, Beckton Station, Gallions Reach Station, Gallions Reach Shopping Park , Beckton Traingle Retail Park then East Beckton Sainsbury's. As of the 473 goes straight down by the Prince Regent Bus Station for Excel London then up to London City Airport then down to North Woolwich. The Newer Buses introduced on this route from Route 96 will allow older Tridents (174** & Some 175**s) to be withdrawn and sold on or even scrapped, The Fleet Numbers for the Newer Buses introduced on Route 262/473 are: 15075 - 15096:
